What was your inspiration for this project?
I have always loved sunk in living rooms and really wanted to incorporate that into a design, so lot 5 was the perfect house to do that on.
What was your greatest challenge?
Roof lines are typically a challenge on every house design, but this one was a bit more challenging because of the way the house steps down.
What were you most proud of / excited about?
I am most excited for the interior of this home to come together. I love the built-in dining nook and planters. This home will also boast a ton of built-ins that are typical of a mid century home.
