Orchard House
We were incredibly honored to be able to tackle this whole house remodel project with creative reign. With our passion for design and renovations, we set out to make this home come alive. We completely transformed the kitchen, opening a wall, relocating the appliances, and creating a much needed mechanical room. Not to mention the amazing primary bathroom that was gutted, a closet was built, and new tile was installed in the kitchen and bathrooms! When we made our way through the house, it was clear that a lot of past work was not up to today's standards. We quickly adjusted and invested in all new electrical, three layers of flooring were removed in the kitchen and replaced with a subfloor, as well as relocated ductwork to an island, and upgraded the plumbing for all of the new fixtures. We replaced all the windows, patched in new flooring in the living room to match the existing dining room, put in a beautiful new back sliding patio door, and added new carpet in the family room and primary bedroom. Then to make absolutely certain it was perfect, we removed any wallpaper from the entire house and carefully repaired the walls before they were painted. The outcome of this exceptional project was enough to make even the most discerning critic proud! It was an incredible process and a rewarding experience to be able to bring such a transformation to life.
