Our Team

After visiting the area in 2020, Jami and Jeff fell in love with the people and scenery. Together, they are committed to elevating living experiences in the Grand Valley. Prior to Fixture Studio, Jeff invested more than 25 years at Home Instead. As CEO, he led them from a small, local company to a multi-billion dollar global brand. Jami’s distinguished career centered around growing companies through marketing, sales, advertising, and strategic communication. She has had her own graphic design firm and is receiving her interior design certification from NYIAD.

Nikki started at Fixture Studio as a side gig to teaching yoga and managing her studio. In her growing role over the years with the company, she has been instrumental in implementing many of the accounting, financial, vacation rental and human resource systems and processes that have kept our business running smoothly. Recently, Nikki moved to an independent contractor position with Fixture Studio to continue to help us grow and deliver exceptional client and guest experiences, while giving her time to pursue her other passions and interests.

Jenna grew up in Iowa before going to Wayne State College in Nebraska. Her fascination with interiors began when she was very young. Tagging along with her mother as she cleaned houses gave Jenna a glimpse into many different styles of homes. While studying abroad in Greece, she developed her love for specific architectural styles and the ways she could incorporate them into her work. Before joining us, she interned at Plan Architecture and Mod Interior. Jenna is our lead architectural designer, working primarily on new home builds and exterior projects.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Erin received her BFA in Interior Design from Pratt Institute, with minors in Sustainability and Art History. Having family in the Denver area is what drew her to Colorado from Brooklyn, NY, and the year-round outdoor lifestyle of the Grand Valley is what made Junction a perfect fit. Erin’s design expertise focuses primarily on our commercial projects, as well as residential interiors and remodels.

Before coming to Fixture Studio, Vern worked as a commercial project manager. He has more than 28 years of experience in commercial construction, as well as remodeling homes. As our general contractor, Vern’s love of all things construction shows in his dedication to exceptional customer service to our commercial maintenance clients, as well as his attention to detail and maintaining quality building standards in our commercial and custom homes projects.

Karina is involved in our vacation rentals from top to bottom. As head of operations, she focuses on the entire guest experience. Her and her team help ensure our vacation rentals maintain a high standard for cleanliness, offer many amenities, and continue to elevate living experiences across all our properties. Karina’s passion for exceptional hospitality promises our guests an amazing stay, while giving property owners a turn-key solution.

Ashlynn started with Fixture Studio in 2014. From her work in starting the vacation rental division, she has been instrumental in its success and growth. Her experience in every aspect of the hospitality business has led her to Director of vacation rentals. Ashlynn works directly with our home owners to create and maintain clean, well-designed, & profitable vacation rentals. Her passion & expertise has made Fixture Studio properties stand out from the competition.

Will grew up in Glenwood Springs working construction in the Aspen Valley. After graduating from CMU in Construction Management, Will worked as a Project Engineer and an Estimator. For the last several years, he has worked primarily in commercial construction. His love of the Grand Valley led him to Fixture Studio’s growing construction division. As project manager, Will works closely with our construction team in delivering consistent and quality results.

From Nebraska originally, Chad’s interest in construction started when his childhood best friend’s dad hired him to work for his construction company. After dabbling in all the trades, he found his desire to build and remodel homes was where his heart was. After 30 years of construction experience, Chad brings his expertise and amazing customer service to our remodel clients. His insight & hard work continues to create many inspired spaces in the Grand Valley.

Morgan is a native to Colorado with over 10 years of experience in executive administrative support. She fulfills many essential functions for Fixture Studio and ensures everything is running smoothly. When she isn't helping with the multifaceted ventures of the company, Morgan lends her talent in photography to help capture and document our finished design work. She loves to spend time with her daughter and challenges herself to cook her way through inspirational cookbooks.

Born and raised mainly in Grand Junction, Shannon attended CMU and WCCC for Marketing & Communications. Her love of fly-fishing, paddle-boarding, hiking and many other outdoor activities has made this area her permanent home. Shannon’s commitment to consistently elevating our guest and owner experience has given us many innovative solutions, helping to make Fixture Studio a leading vacation rental management company in the Grand Valley.

Jennifer has lived in Grand Junction her whole life and has been working in the cleaning industry for over 10 years. She helps maintain all of our rental properties and has a passion organization. Having owned her own company, her experience spans across new construction, commercial buildings, and residential homes. She loves spending her free time with her husband and kids as they keep them busy competing in different sports and traveling all over.
