Scope of work: Renovation
What was your inspiration for this project?
This home is a mid-century gem located in a highly-coveted, established neighborhood of Grand Junction. The owner wanted to overhaul all three of the bathrooms in the home.
What was your biggest challenge?
The greatest challenge of this project was the space planning of the master bathroom. The owner wanted a freestanding soaker tub as well as a walk-in shower and two vanities. The existing space was tight but we were able to lay it out in a way that flows well.
What are you most proud of / excited about?
I am most proud of the material selection for this project. We were able to strike a balance between the original home's style and the owner's taste.
