Who We Are

Steve and Amy Lentz are both natives of Western Colorado and started in the vacation rental business in 2013.  Amy studied Interior Design at Colorado State University and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and a minor in Construction Management.  She completed a brief internship at Chamberlin Architects in Grand Junction, CO before moving to San Diego, CA to work for Pamela Smith Interiors.  After moving back to Colorado, Amy took a full-time job with Chamberlin Architects and worked on many commercial and residential projects before leaving her career to stay home with their children. Amy is passionate about space planning, master plans, livable spaces and mixing old and new while staying true to the project.

Steve grew up in Montrose, CO and studied Recording Arts in California. After getting married he and Amy moved to Grand Junction and flipped real estate, remodeling multiple houses until 2008 when he changed careers and served our community as a police officer for seven years.  In 2016, he quit his day job (read: night job) to manage real estate investments, build custom furniture and design spaces with Amy. He is passionate about scale, storage and lighting. They have four children and reside in Grand Junction, CO.
